She is survived by: her husband James C. McDermott Sr. Mrs; her stepchildren, Nancy Schober of Orlando, FL, Kathleen Schilling (Wally), Deborah Williams (Robert) of Melbourne, FL and James C. McDermott Jr. (Josie) of Ansonia; and her cousins, Candace, Christi, Mary Yourwith and Carol McLaughlin. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
