He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Monaco (Johnsante); his parents, Giovanni Monaco and Rita Monaco (Casale); and his brothers, Joseph and Victorio Monaco.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Monaco of Adriano, Sante Monaco and John Monaco; his siblings, Angelo "Sergio" Monaco, Rudolph Valentino Monaco, Frank Monaco and Dora Ricci; his grandchildren, Annalisha, Jessica, Samantha, Nicholas and Jonathan; and his great grandchildren, Santino and Giavana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
