He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edward Talmadge and Pauline Conway Talmadge. He is survived by: his son Paul A. Talmadge of Santa Maria; and his granddaughters, Debbie Chadbourne of Orange, CT. and Susan Cox of Orange, CT.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandson.
