She was predeceased by: her husband Salvatore S. Onofrio; her parents, Charles Matto and Fannie Voccia Matto; her daughter Karen A. Verrinder; her son-in-law James Verrinder; and her sister Donna Mullholland.
She is survived by: her son Mark J. Onofrio Sr. of Ansonia; her brothers, Joseph Matto (Janet) of Prospect and Richard Matto of Derby; her grandchildren, Jeanette Onofrio, Mark J. Onofrio Jr. (Katie) of Ansonia, Joshua Onofrio of Beacon Falls, Matthew Verrinder and Abby Grace Verrinder of Naugatuck; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Cameron, Lily and Tabitha. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
