It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Burden of Ansonia, Connecticut, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burden and Clara Burden (Liska); and his siblings, Edward, Robert, Shirley and Kay.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Burden (Tavolacci); his children, Joseph Burden, Steven Burden and Laurie Selters (Kerry Selters); and his grandson Joseph Burden, Jr..
Due to the coronavirus pandemic a private funeral services will be held with military honors at the State Veteran Cemetery.
