She was predeceased by: her parents, John Layman and Ruth Layman (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Barry H. Rydberg; and her children, Lynn H. Rydberg-Olbrys (John Labrecque) and Jon E. Rydberg (Michelle) of West Hartford. She is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
