She was predeceased by: her husband Matthew Adamczyk; her parents, George Fecteau and Alexina Fecteau (Tetrault); her siblings, Armand, Roland, Francis, Ernest, Bernard Fecteau and Lucille Warner; and her son-in-law Robert Micari.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Micari of Bristol, CT and Cathy; her son-in-law Raymond Crandall of Mount Joy, PA; her grandsons, William (Sandy Micari), Michael (Dana Micari), Kenneth (Patti Crandall) and Daniel (Stephanie Crandall); her great grandchildren, Morgan, Nicholas, Ryan, Matthew, Brian Micari, Sydney and Scarlett Crandall; and her cousin George Dupuis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
