She was predeceased by : her parents, George Oncken and Barbara Oncken of Wisconsin. She is survived by : her husband James Bentivegna; her daughters, Rachel and Kathryn Bentivegna (Katie); her close friends, Debora Olson (Debbie) of Brookfield and Pamela Maguire (Pam) of Toronto; her stepmother Jo Ellen Mulder of Germantown; her mother-in-law Patricia Bentivegna of Tinton Falls; and her sisters-in-law, Maria Bentivegna of Red Bank and Christine Baily.
Donations in her name may be made to the UConn Foundation for the benefit of clinical medicine research.
