It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynn Christie Rookey (Avon, Connecticut), born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her mother Barbara J. Riley of Forestdale, MA; her stepmother Sally H. Christie of Kennebunk, ME; her sister Deborah A. Christie of Tulsa, OK; and her friend Annette Evangelista Bearse of Osterville, MA.. She is survived by : her father Charles G. Christie II of Kennebunk, ME; her children, Crista L. Rookey (Justin Houseman) of Enfield and Ralle A. Rookey (Lauren) of Suffield; her grandson Evander Houseman of Enfield; her stepfather Richard V. Riley of Forestdale, MA; her siblings, Charles G. Christie III (Lorie Albert) of Sanford, ME and Susan E. Christie (David Cunningham) of Abington, MA; her pets, Anya and Ezra; and her friend Annette Evangelies. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
