He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Piascik and Sophie Piascik (Buslewicz); and his siblings, Raymond, Frances and Lorraine.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne M. Piascik (Servant); his daughters, Deborah Lane (Barry) of Canton and Sandra Lamanna (Mark) of Barkhamsted; his grandson Travis Lane (Vivian); his great grandchild Lydia Lane of Bristol; and also Adrian. He is also survived by sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
