She is survived by: her daughters, Tammie Achorn (George) of Danielson and Bobbie Jo Churchill (Greg Joslin) of Putnam; her grandchildren, Courtney and Ryan Churchill of Ballouville; her great grandchild Dakota Churchill of Ballouville; and her siblings, Lorna Rae, Aldrich and Jay. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
