He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving and Elizabeth Nichols Sr. (Ramm); and his son Ronald N Macchairolo. He is survived by: his children, Irving A Nichols III, Deborah D. Anderson, Karen J. Cretella, Sandra J. Nichols, Holly B. Nichols and Michael R Macchiarolo; his sister Ruth Mussa of Oakville; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Houston (Dennis); and his friend Heather Cassidy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
