She was predeceased by : her husband Joseph S. Kosiorek, Jr.; her parents, Pius Theriault and Blanche Fournier Theriault; her son Daniel Darrel Long; and her brother Donald Theriault.

She is survived by : her children, Cindy Long of Terryville, Sue Levesque (Paul), Joseph Long (Kelly), Michelle Lupone (John) of Beacon Falls and Michael Kosiorek of Shelton; her grandchildren, Rena (Vin), Ashton (Brie), Morgan, Joshua (Julia), Peter (Becca), Jessica (Brad), Paula and Hannah of Emma, AJ; her great grandchildren, Madyson, Nathaniel, Grace, Eleanor, Sarah, Reese, Alec, Viktor, Aaron, Austin and Autumn; her goddaughter Dawn Tomolonis Padula; and her pet Ivy.
