It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan O'Neill Fisher of Beacon Falls, Connecticut, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis O'Neill and Rita O'Neill; her daughter Kaitlynn Fisher; and her brother-in-law David Kirby. She is survived by : her husband Stephen Fisher; her son Matt Fisher (Dana); her grandchildren, Keaton and Ezra; her sister Nancy Kirby; and her nieces, Lori Basile and Lisa Crabtree.
