He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Ruth (Phillips); his wife Alberta (Petrosino); his sons, Richard S. Floyd (Theresa) and Matthew T. Floyd (Christine); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Brianna, Matthew, Danielle and Mackenzie; and his siblings, W. B. Floyd (Bud) of Branford and Dale Meadows of Virginia Beach, VA..

Because of the pandemic there will be no services.
