He is survived by : his mother Katherina Vorholzer Haug of Massachusetts; his daughter Stephanie Goodwin (Michael) of Idaho; his brother James Haug (Susan) of Massachusetts; his grandsons, Nicholas and Alex of Washington; and his fiancée Rena Cyr of Danbury. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
