She was predeceased by: her mother Marianne Juhan. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Gostyla; her daughters, Whitney Gostyla and Keeley of Bloomfield; her child-in-law Claire Rotchford (Joseph); and her grandchildren, Aurora and Duncan Rotchford of Gales Ferry.
Memorial donations in Lea Ann's memory may be made to the Joan C. Dauber Food Pantry at St. Francis Hospital.
