He is survived by: his wife Patty Forget; his children, Gauge Forget and Harley Davidson Street Glide; his parents, Theresa Agrella and Dennis Agrella; his sisters, Tracey Dumas and Renee Wilson; his child Jadyn Forget; and his stepsons, Billy, Dillon Ridgeway and Anthony McSweeney. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 1 nephew and many wonderful friends.
