He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sullivan and Eleanor Sullivan; his former wife Helen Patricia Sullivan; his son William "Bill" Sullivan; and his son-in-law Robert Boulay.
He is survived by: his spouse Mary Burke Sullivan; his children, Susan D'Amico (Scott) of Branford, Kathleen DePalma (Mitch) of Branford, Eileen Boulay of Killingworth, Robert Sullivan (Mary) of North Branford, Brian Sullivan (Monica) of Branford, Stephen Sullivan (Tracey) of Hamilton Square, NJ and David Sullivan of Skillman, NJ; his daughter-in-law Leanna Sullivan; his grandchildren, Steven D'Amico (Yasmeen), Danielle, Michael D'Amico, Patricia Franz (Erwin), William DePalma, Bradford, Austin Boulay, Maggie, Connor, Kevin Sullivan, Ryan Sullivan (Sarah), Taylor, Brittany Sullivan, Francis William Sullivan III, Trevor and Samantha Sullivan; and his great grandchild Liam Franz.
