He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ester Morton Sokolosky; his son James Edward Sokolosky; and his siblings, Anele Hines, Helen Piscitello, Josephine Salvin, Anna Bloomquist, Rosalyn Bennett, Ruth Ceccollini, Stanley, Anthony, Frank and John David.
He is survived by: his son Michael John Sokolosky. He is also survived by five sister-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
