He was predeceased by: his parents, John Grant II and Sadie Clark Grant; his sister Barbara Rita; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Mary Grazioso.
He is survived by: his spouse Lonnie Grant (Ilona Grazioso); his brother John Grant III (Kathy); his godson Jack Grant IV; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Grazioso. He is also survived by several nieces' nephews and cousins.
