He was predeceased by: his son Brian Murphy; and his sister Sharon Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Malick Murphy of Branford; his child Kelly Murphy; his brother Jerome Murphy; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jason, Jessica, Alex, Krysta and Nik. He is also survived by great grandchildren, 12 nieces and nephews.
