It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Stengel (Bridgeport, Connecticut), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 12, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Nent and Rosalia Petrich Nent; and her brother John Nent, Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Nicholas, Adrienne and Susan R. Stengel (Frank Dudás) of Bridgeport, CT; and her granddaughter Erica Sawers (Mark) of Edgartown, MA. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren and three step- great-grandchildren.
