She was predeceased by: her husband Francisco Ribeiro; her parents, Antonio Manuel Gomes and Adelaide Rosa Sampaio; her daughter Maria Adelaide Ribeiro (Oscar); and her siblings, Defina Valtelhas, Garcinda Moura, Joao Sampaio Gomes and Jose Sampaio Gomes.
She is survived by: her children, Jose Martins (Mabilde), Lucilia Rua (Adelino), Amelia DaCruz (Porfirio) and Albino Ribeiro (Sara); her brothers, Albino and Jerimias Gomes; and her grandchildren, Sonia Rosa, Celia Sicsico, Oscar Ribeiro, Francisco Rua, Domingos Rua, Tiago Rua, Andre DaCruz, Victor DaCruz, Sofia Ribeiro and Paula Ribeiro.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (429 Huntington Rd, Bridgeport, CT 06608).
