She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn Cumiskey (Fredrikson) and John "Scrappy" Cumiskey. She is survived by: her husband Anthony B. Clack; her sisters, Karin Pryor (Jeff) of Chicago and Sharon Beadle (Chris) of Stamford; and her siblings' children, Christopher Beadle of Brooklyn, Adam, Benjamin Pryor of Chicago and Lauren Beadle of Williamsburg, VA..
