He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus P. Kozlowski and Virginia E. Kozlowski (Myers); and his brother-in-law Edwin Collins. He is survived by: his daughter Megan; his siblings, Virginia J. Collins of Milford, Peter S. Kozlowski of Brooklyn, NY, Thaddeus M. Kozlowski (Mary) of Trumbull, Alice Klein (George) of Branford and Rosemary Recupero (Robert) of Stratford; and his siblings' children, Sara Kozlowski, Erica, Kristen Klein, Erin Collins, Michael Kozlowski, Kelly Jones, Paul and Emily Recupero.
