She was predeceased by: her husband Edward G. Forsberg; her parents, Axel Carlson and Signe Carlson (Anderson); and her siblings, George, Irving Carlson and Harriet Carlson.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Forsberg (Jane) of Bristol, RI and Richard Forsberg (Tina) of Hebron, CT; and her grandchildren, Brian, Mickey, Hanna, Kirby and Matthew Forsberg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
