He was predeceased by: his parent Eugene Provost of Bristol, CT.; and his siblings, Vivian Martin and Richard Provost. He is survived by: his spouse Dolores Provost (Rill); his parent Blanche Provost (LeBeau) of Bristol, CT.; his children, Jennifer Moulder (Edward) of Downingtown and Edward Provost (Lisa) of Glenside; his sister Catherine Holznagel of Florida; and his grandchildren, Claire Moulder, Emma Moulder of Downingtown, Abby Provost and Adam Provost of Glenside.
