He is survived by: his father Richard Politis; his stepmother Charlotte Politis (Plainville); his children, Linnea Politis (Middletown) and Robert James Politis II (Plainville); and his sisters, Ronette Politis (Wolcott), Melissa Barley (Maryland) and Sarah Blake (Plainville). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
