Charles Johnston Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Johnston of Broad Brook, Connecticut, who passed away on May 29, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Llewellyn "Sonny" Johnston and Sharon I. Johnston (Hewitt); his wife Carol M. Johnston; and his brother Ricky Johnston. He is survived by: his brothers, Stephen Johnston of Broad Brook and Danny Johnston (Lisa) of East Windsor; his nephews, Christopher Johnston of Enfield and Coty Johnston of East Windsor; his stepdaughter Sharon Coté; his stepgrandchildren, Erica Coté, Logan and Liana Fauteux; his stepdaughter Ashley Coté; his stepgrandson Noah Clark; his stepson Scott Trombley; and his son Gary Coté Jr.. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends.
The covid pandemic had made it especially hard to see or speak to Charles in the past year, but his nephew Christopher was lucky enough to have seen and visited with his uncle on several occasions, due to his being dedicated to the medical field.
