He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John Reddick and Frances Reddick (Jillson); his wife Joanne Civizzio; his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Katy; his grandson Atticus of Durham, CT; his brother Ralph; his sister-in-law Meredith of Clayton, NC; his nieces, Hilary, Julia and Alison; and his close friend Maria Pomianowski of Terryville. He was also cherished by husbands and his five grandnieces.
