It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances L. Cote (Canterbury, Connecticut), born in Baltic, Connecticut, who passed away on May 12, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Ernest J. Cote, Sr. (Tony); her parents, Louise Dean (Stefon) and Francis Dean (Si); her son Robert F. Cote Sr. (Susan); her grandchildren, Jeanette Brown (Richard), Ernest Cote Jr. (Ann), Debra Goodge (Lawrence), Victor Cote (Christine), Robert Jr. (RJ), Victoria Cote (Tori), Cassey Palmer, Kevin Brown, Mandy Cote, Kody, Kristen, Kyle Goodge, Anna-Marie and Erin Cote; her brother Arthur Dean (Patricia); her nephews, Nathaniel and Samuel Dean; her daughter-in-law Pamela Cote; and her cousin Patty Riley. She was also cherished by four great grandchildren.
