Chmielinski of Waterbury; her husband Milton; her son Adam Henry Cooke of Cheshire; her siblings, Diane Cashero (Tom) of Clinton, OK and Rosemary Shelton of Nashville, TN; her sister-in-law Helen Cooke of Woodbury; her aunt Jadwiga Kosakowski of Cheshire; Larry Shelton of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
