He is survived by: his children, Sandra J. Sandy and Bernard Howard Jr.; his grandchildren, Paul Miller, Michelle Miller, Sharon Miller, Karen Spitznagel, Jeff Howard and Steve Howard; and his great grandchildren, Gary Pawlowicz, Courtney Pawlowicz, Stephanie Spitznagel, Ashley Spitznagel and Jeffrey Miller.
