Carruth (Chaiter); his parent Madeline Carruth (Feustel); his children, Melissa Carruth and Michael Carruth; his grandchildren, Jordan and Ethan; his sister Marylyn Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Jill Deerson (Michael Gallina) and Elizabeth Deerson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
