Nelson of Cheshire, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nels R. Nelson and Margaret Nelson (Fritz). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Nelson (Younkins); his children, Nels A. Nelson of Seymour, Stacy M. Nelson of Middletown and Laura A. Nelson of Cheshire; and his sister Virginia Dickerman (Nelson) of Hamden. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
