She is survived by: her husband Anthony J. Fay; her children, John (Rose), Joseph (Gabrielle), Peter (Alisa) and Maureen (Eric Dana); and her grandchildren, Samantha Marshall (Jack), Sean Fay, Daniel Fay, Ashley Dana, Brendan Dana and Madeline Fay.
