She was predeceased by: her parent John Provolo. She is survived by: her spouse Louis Fico; her parent Guiseppina Provolo (Massaro); her children, Cary (Marian), Brian (Donna) and Carolyn (Andrew); her grandchildren, Kristina, Jennifer, Danielle and Alyssa; and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Elizabeth.
