She was predeceased by: her former husband James Kovach; her husband Edward O; her parents, Oscar Leo and Ruth Seybold (Russell); and her siblings, Oscar Seybold, Ruth Lisle and Marshall Seybold.
She is survived by: her children, James (Sandra Kovach) of Cheshire, Janine (Bill Thomas) of South Windsor, Kevin Kovach of Cape Cod, MA, Brian (Mary Ann O'Hara) of Bellingham, WA, Kathleen (Bill Herndon) of Raleigh, NC and JoAnn (Ken Fackler) of Cheshire. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty seven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
