He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Schlander and Louise Schlander (DeCola). He is survived by: his wife Robin Schlander (Salvatore) of Cheshire; his siblings, Mary Niezgorski of Southington, Chip Schlander of Jefferson, Maine and Betsy Walesky (Don) of Cheshire; and his close friend David Barry of Cheshire. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
