He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Sigel and Camille Russo; and his brothers, Robert and Thomas Sigel. He is survived by: his wife Elaine D. Sigel (Favale); his children, John S. Sigel Jr. (Carrie) of Southington, Anthony J. Sigel (Sarah) of Northford and Christy M. Oricchio (Andrew) of Cheshire; his grandchildren, Caitlin Mayo (Joseph) of Southington, Brian Rediker of Jacksonville, FL, Madison Sigel of Southington, Anthony, Jack, Lexie Sigel of Northford, Aubree of Cheshire and Rocco Oricchio of Cheshire; his great grandchildren, Joseph and Bradley Mayo of Southington; and his siblings, Donald Sigel of Seffner, FL, Rudolph Sigel, IV of Watertown, Linda Pakus of Marlboro, MA and Patricia Modica (Robert) of Conway, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
