With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Madden (Cheshire, Connecticut), born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on December 15, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Madden and Josephine Madden; his siblings, Ellen Flaherty, William, George and Edward; and his former wife Ann Madden (Schmidt).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Madden (Ralph) of Phoenix, AZ, David Madden (Terry) of Cheshire and Lisa Langer (Greg) of Denver, CO; his sister-in-law Helen Klucznik of Noblesville, IN; his grandchildren, Valerie, Joshua, Justin, Benjamin, Patrick and Daniel; his great grandchildren, Lexi, Layla, Fayth and Grady; and also, Nancy Walsh (Richard) of Fulshear, TX and Cindy Forlenzo of Cheshire. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
His ashes will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at the First Congregational Church in Cheshire, to which contributions may be made in lieu of flowers.
