She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Bacchiocchi (Orfeo), Sally Velcofsky (Peter), Marianne Wiese (Kurt) and Barbara Johnson (Paul); her siblings, Marie Siao (Newton), Anthony Addazio (Nancy) and Albert Addazio (Carmela); and her grandchildren, Amanda, Sarah Bacchiocchi, Zachary, Emma, Hanna Velcofsky, Rachel Urso, Jeanette Wiese, Faye and Tess Johnson.
