He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford and Etta Kelley Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Mary Kelley; and his children, Sandra Elaine Busque (Bradley) of Simsbury Connecticut, Sanford Eldridge Kelley III of Jonesport Maine, Cynthia Ann Findeisen and Michael Fredrick Kelley (Beth) of Tolland Connecticut. He is also survived by several grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
