She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Josephson and Olga Larson Josephson; her husband Elmer E. Neal, Jr.; her brothers, Nils Josephson (Lillian) and Ernest Josephson (Carole); and her daughter Elizabeth E. Neal.
She is survived by: her daughter Laura Richter of Cheshire; her grandchildren, Emily Napp (Matthew) of Wolcott, Meredith Natzel (David) of Plantsville and Jonathan Richter (Sherri) of Plantsville; and her great grandchildren, Evan, Ella Napp, Hayley, Joseph Richter and Griffin Natzel. She is also survived by several nieces, and one nephew.
