Alberta Murphy-Mader Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2020, at the age of 88, Alberta Murphy-Mader (Colchester, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Nichols and Dorothy Nichols (Hitchcock); her daughter Donna Murphy; her granddaughter Brandi Vanese; and her brothers, Ervin and Fred Nichols.
She is survived by: her husband Chester; and her children, Robert Murphy III, Chester Anderson III (Rachel), Mary McGuire (John), Rev Cheryl Caronna (Jim), Nicole Hosford (Rich) and Margaret Mader. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
On Monday evening, March 2, 2020, Alberta's twenty year battle with Parkinson's disease came to an end.
