He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Jeffrey of Windham, CT; and his siblings, Denis Bouchard and Melissa Rieder. He is survived by: his father Denis Bouchard Sr. of Canada; and his siblings, Daniel Bouchard, Karen Villa and Tina Haddad. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
