He was predeceased by: his parents, Jakym Zajac and Olha Zajac (Peresada); and his brother Orest Zajac. He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams (Maine); his children, Helen Zajac Eichmann (Erwin) of Manhattan, NY, Susan Williams Major (John) of Easthampton, MA and Andrew Williams (Roshni Koshy) of Kew Gardens, NY; his grandchildren, Jacob Eichmann, Caroline Major, Kayla Eichmann and Alex Major; his brother Roman Zajac (Frances Calafiore) of Hartford; and his sister-in-law Helene Zajac of Glastonbury.
