It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sophia S. Olshesky of Colchester, Connecticut, born in Columbia, Connecticut, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father John Szegda; her husband John J. Olshesky; and her siblings, Joseph Szegda (Laura), Johnny Szegda (Jeannette) and Mary Szegda Thompson (James).
She is survived by : her nieces and nephews, Joesph Paul Szegda, Richard Szegda (Violet), Ron Szegda, Jane Szegda Luthi (Charlie), Judy Szegda Ortiz (Tom) and Robert Szegda (Fran); and her caregivers, Mandy Baiden, Mavis Asaomah and Joyce Awuah.
