He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Nelligan of Colebrook and Peg Nelligan of Colebrook; and his siblings, Brendan K. Nelligan (Kristen Murray) of Madison, Scout Nelligan of Hull and Patrick F. Nelligan of New Haven.
